We’re Here Because We Care

We bring decades of care-home expertise, private-equity strength and a values-driven approach to transforming high-quality homes across the United Kingdom.

At PINAR, we combine financial capability with hands-on operational experience to acquire, elevate and grow exceptional care homes. Our mission is simple: create best-in-class environments where people thrive. Residents, staff and investors alike.

Providing Care With Compassion

PINAR is entering the UK care-home market with a clear strategy: Acquire strong, functional homes. Enhance the asset. Elevate the standard of care. Build long-term value with heart.

Driven by more than 20 years of executive leadership in the care-home sector, we understand what makes a home exceptional. From governance and operations to staff culture, compliance and resident wellbeing. We are not looking to disrupt; we are looking to uplift. Our approach blends compassionate, people-centred values with disciplined commercial insight to create homes that perform. Ethically, operationally and financially.
